By ordering or using our website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:


1. Free Shipping:


Furniture is shipped to your home for free.

2. Inspection Upon Arrival:


When the furniture arrives, inspect it before signing for it, especially if you notice any damage to the packaging.

In the event of damage, follow these steps:

a) Don't panic; it's insured.

b) Keep all the good pieces.

c) With the driver present, call us at 1-800-737-7702, and we will help you determine if the damaged piece should be kept or sent back.

d) Sign the bill of lading, noting the specific damage. State only the facts of the damage.

It's crucial to follow these steps to ensure the highest level of customer service. Be aware of signs like damaged boxes or a driver reluctant to let you inspect the items, as these may indicate potential issues.

3. Reporting Hidden Damage:


If hidden damage is discovered after the driver leaves, contact us within 24 hours to report it. Most delivery companies require reporting hidden damage within 48 hours.

4. Cancellation and Returns:


If an order is canceled or returned for reasons other than freight damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If an order is canceled but not shipped, you will receive a full refund without any shipping charges.

5. Repairs and Replacements:


We reserve the right to attempt to repair or replace manufacturing defects and freight damage at our discretion.

We accept furniture with hidden damage, with proof (e.g., pictures, video), within 48 hours of receipt.

Manufacturing defects, including but not limited to dye lot issues, must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

6. Consumer Abuse:


We are not responsible for repair or exchange due to consumer abuse, such as slices, ink marks, cigarette burns, scratches, or scuffs on pillows and inner areas.

7. Quality Assurance:


All furniture is thoroughly inspected before shipment, and heavy-duty special leather furniture packaging is used to prevent damages.

8. Delivery Dates:


We do not guarantee delivery dates. If a delivery date is promised, it will be noted on your invoice.

If you do not have an invoice with a typed delivery date, cancellations for that reason will incur any applicable shipping charges.
