Our return policy is available only to customers who received a leather sample of the color they ordered prior to placing their order. Please ensure you obtain your free leather samples first before finalizing your order.

Our Commitment:

We are proud to offer one of the best return policies for leather furniture online. We understand that buying leather furniture online can be challenging, so we strive to make the online buying experience as easy as possible for you.

Return Options:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days after receiving your order, simply contact us. You have two options:

Full Refund (Option 1):

Process: We will arrange the pickup, packaging, and return of your leather furniture. Please take pictures of your returning order the day before pickup, showing it is in good condition (minus any previously noted issues, if any). Send these pictures to [email protected] with your order ID in the subject. Then call us at 1-800-737-7702 after your order has been picked up so we can initiate the refund process.

Refund: We will refund you in full, minus shipping charges, once we confirm the pickup.

Exchange (Option 2):

Process: You can exchange your order for a new collection of equal or greater value. You are welcome to use your current order while the new one is being made. Follow the same picture-taking process as in Option 1.

Credit: You will receive a credit for what you paid for your furniture, minus return shipping charges, to be used toward your new furniture. If the new furniture costs more, you can pay the difference when the new set ships.

Note on Damages:

With either option, if the furniture is returned damaged due to customer abuse, you may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%-50%. If you are concerned about potential damage, we can arrange immediate pickup and return.

Shipping Damage:

If there is a problem due to shipping damage, we are fully insured. Our claims department will arrange a professional technician to resolve the issue. If the technician cannot resolve the issue and parts are no longer available, we will send a replacement free of charge or give you full credit.

How to Return:

For returns, please notify us at [email protected]. Include the name under which the order was placed, your order number, and the pieces you plan to return. Call us at 1-800-737-7702 to let us know when your furniture is ready to be picked up. We will be happy to arrange return shipping for you, sharing our deeply discounted volume rates.

Our Promise:

Don't worry; with our no-hassle return policy, we will make all the arrangements to have your furniture picked up and returned to us. All you must do is let the team into your house, and they will pick it up and repack it at their local hub to ship back to us.
